We are committed to life long learning…
What better way to experience hands-on learning than by an apprenticeship? Offering a chance to boost skills, extend your existing role and advance your career, considering an apprenticeship could be the next step for you.
Education and training are vital to providing the best health and social care now and, in the future, and our apprenticeships are a fantastic way to learn. We are delighted to be a registered training provider with the Skills Funding Agency, and thanks to our in-house assessors and subject matter experts, we can provide training packages that are mapped to the apprenticeship standards.
How does it work?
Each apprenticeship has different entry requirements based on the qualification itself. Once you have identified the apprenticeship you are interested in, then get in touch with us and we can advise of the next steps.
During your apprenticeship you will be supported by an assessor who will guide you through the entire qualification and prepare you for the End Point Assessment. You will complete your apprenticeship around your current role and should allocate 20% off-the-job time for your studies.
Once you have reached the end of your apprenticeship, you will complete the End Point Assessment. This is not an ‘exam’ in the traditional sense, but a chance for you to prove what you have learned throughout the duration of your apprenticeship. What makes up the End Point Assessment (EPA), will vary dependent on the apprenticeship, but don’t worry your assessor will ensure you are prepared and ready!
Having completed your EPA you will receive your cerificates and it’s time to celebrate!
