Level 2

This award is aimed at colleagues willing to develop their skills to become future team leaders or business managers.

This award is assessed within the workplace and will be supported by us with an e-portfolio of work which you can build as part of your evidence. You will have a qualified assessor who will support you throughout the duration of the course accredited by City & Guilds.

Level 3

This award will enhance your knowledge and experience of administration systems. Developing your skills to further implement and monitor administrative procedures and systems enabling you to progress into a management role.

Assessed within the workplace with and e-portfolio of work you build as part of your evidence. A qualified assessor supports you throughout the duration of the course accredited by City & Guilds.

Level 2

Who is the qualification for?

It is for learners who work or want to work in the customer service sector and other related sectors e.g. Reception

What does the qualification cover?

It allows learners to learn, develop and practice the skills required in employment.

On completion of this qualification candidates may progress into employment or to the following City & Guilds qualifications:

• Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service

Level 3

Who is the qualification for?

It is for learners who work or want to work in the customer service sector and other related sectors e.g. contact centre and sales.

What does the qualification cover? It allows learners to learn, develop and practice the skills required in employment.

Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service

On completion of the qualification candidates may progress into employment or to the following City & Guilds qualifications:

• Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service

• Qualifications in other work related areas (for examples Contact Centres, Sales, Social Media, Team leading, Administration, retail and other technical sectors)

• ILM Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Management

This qualification is aimed at those working in health, social care and domiciliary care who want to extend their knowledge and skills to support those in receipt of care.

Assessed within the workplace with an e-portfolio of work you build as part of your evidence. Our qualified assessors will support you throughout the duration of the course which is accredited by City & Guilds.

This qualification is aimed at those working in health, social care and domiciliary care who want to extend their knowledge and skills to support those in receipt of care.

Assessed within the workplace with an e-portfolio of work you build as part of your evidence. Our qualified assessors will support you throughout the duration of the course which is accredited by City & Guilds.

Level 2

This award is aimed at those working in Health and Social Care who have some responsibility and work with minimal supervision who want to develop or demonstrate skills necessary for a higher level.

Assessed within the workplace with and e-portfolio of work you build as part of your evidence. Our qualified assessors support you throughout the duration of the course accredited by City & Guilds.

Level 3

This award is aimed at those working in Health and Social Care who have some responsibility and work with minimal supervision who want to develop or demonstrate skills necessary for a higher level.

Assessed within the workplace with and e-portfolio of work you build as part of your evidence. Our qualified assessors support you throughout the duration of the course accredited by City & Guilds.

Level 5

For learners who work in Adults health and social care residential service listed below in the following roles:

  • Registered Managers
  • Managers
  • Assistant managers
  • Deputy managers
  • Senior care/support workers/supervisors
  • Co-ordinators
  • Team leaders

 

What do the qualifications cover? These qualifications guide and assess development of knowledge, understanding and skills in leadership and management practice within health and social care and children and young people’s services and serves as the required qualification for registration and regulatory requirements for the sector in England.

What opportunities for progression are there? These qualifications will be the accepted qualification for registration and regulation where appropriate and can demonstrate continuing professional development.
