An apprentice’s journey

Ryan Shortall, started with Virgin Care  as an apprentice in 2018 and he started his second permanent job in the People team on 3 February which was, coincidentally, the first day of this year’s National Apprenticeship week. He told us his story too.

A new apprenticeship

National Apprentice Week we also introduced our customer service specialist' level 3 apprenticeship. This is for anyone interested in developing the knowledge and skills to be a key referral point for dealing with more complex or technical customer requests and complaints.
