Celebrating Success in National Apprenticeship Week 2021.
We will be joining in the celebrations of our apprentices as part of National Apprenticeship Week 2021 which will take place between 8 and 14 February 2021.
The theme for this year's week is 'build the future', with the aim for the campaign to encourage employers to celebrate the diversity of opportunity and value that apprenticeships bring, and how they can help individuals and employees build their future.
As part of the week, TLE will be hosting a range of events and activities to showcase the impact and raise awareness of the benefits that apprenticeships can bring to an individual and the health service.
Minister for Apprenticeships and Skills, Gillian Keegan said:
Apprenticeships are a fantastic way to learn while you earn, opening up new and exciting career paths that can transform lives. It’s been a tough year for everyone, but we want the theme for National Apprenticeship Week 2021 to be a springboard to look ahead to how apprenticeships can futureproof workforces and boost careers.
The week is a great opportunity to highlight the huge range of apprenticeships on offer – from Space Engineer to Registered Nurse. There are currently around 7,000 apprenticeship opportunities available on the Find an Apprenticeship website which will benefit individuals, businesses and local communities. I encourage everyone to get involved and help make it a success.

World Mental Health Day 10th October

In the same sense that we can work towards being physically healthy, there is a lot we can do to improve our mental health too. Some of those methods, like exercise and being aware of what we eat and drink, will benefit us mentally as well as physically.
